I used it to make keto bread. Came out great every time.

Have ordered a single bag of this several times in the past few years - now it is only available in a very expensive twin pack and the best before date on the packs is ‘Before July 24’ - they arrived on June 14th! Interestingly there is a hand printed label stuck to the plastic bag for them both that says use by 27/07/24 - just 6 weeks away - all of which is unacceptable at any price.I’ve just opened one bag which smells sharp & stale. A quickly rustled up keto pancake using the flour is barely edible, tasting acidic and with more clumping than is usual with these kinds of defatted nut flours. Experience has shown Amazon are reluctant to refund for these sorts of items if they are in date on receipt unless there are visible signs of deterioration and I strongly advise potential purchasers to avoid this product as it is no longer fit for purpose.

This is not a good product. The best before date is October 2022 (purchased July 2022). It tastes bitter and is not very pleasant to eat. I have been told by Amazon I cannot return the item. This was an expensive waste of money!

Great product!

I use this in place of protein powder since it taste nicer to my palette and works better for the recipes I use it in. Slightly pricey but I love it
