I had a problem removing links .. they sent a slightly different tool and IT WORKED!!
I had a problem when I first got it .. eyesight didn't allow me the ability to remove the locking pin. They said they had a new tool and would send it. Took 10 days but got it today .. took only 2 minutes to remove the pins, replace the locking section and IT WORKED!!! These guys/gals are great .. so relieved .. now if it will work as advertised .. but even if it doesn't live up to the hype, I feel vindicated in working with this company. They actually did what they said .. feeling great. hmm .. wonder if the copper is already working???

Good quality, but I cannot open or adjust it
UPDATE:I finally figured out how to open the clasp.It opens from the back (dark) end.Gave the review and extra star: Still have to wait to see if results are effective.This LOOKS like a quality product, but I cannot use it.I cannot figure out how to open or close the clasp.The "instructions" are written by someone with English as a second language.No details. Poor wording. No useful illustrations.Fortunately, the size is correct for me, so I don't have to use the mechanicalgadgets enclosed needed to remove a link.

Love it.
Very attractive, and it was easy to remove a link with the tool supplied. I did have to look up online how to use the tool, but that wasn't a problem for me.

No conpren la pulsera. Me dio alergia no es cobre solo esta recubierta de color cobre y tiene lacker sobre el. Cobre para que se vea bonita pero una ves gastado se mira el metal. Y tengo mucha comeson en el area. Me dio alergia. Cuidado si la compran

Stylish for men
The media could not be loaded. This is nice you can make it bigger or smaller if needed and comes with the tools to do so. Has some weight to it but perfect for men my husband loves it. The color is as it is shown on the site my lighting was a bit off .

Very nicely made. Problem with catch
Very good construction. The catch holding the bracelet on has to be adjusted occasionally.. the tool kit was inadequate. Pin pusher to small. Had t use one from previous kit. Otherwise very satisfied. Good price. Pretty
