Set up using the app
Product should work as expected. Had a very difficult time setting it up as you cannot activate or set up using a computer. You HAVE to set up via app. You cannot set it up on the website.Edited after using product:Happy with Uni after using it on vacation in a rental car. The app is easy to change to vehicle info and worked in toll roads. The only thing is make sure to place the Uni near the bottom center of the windshield. It will not read when it’s placed under the mirror. Unfortunately I have to pay a toll and pay by plate for 1 day as the uni would not read.

Takes 24 hours once funds are loaded to be available to use.
I live in NC where there's no tolls roads, however we were traveling up north (VA, DC, MA, NJ, NYC and PA a lot of tolls. It felt wonderful to be able to use the EZPass lanes.Words of caution load funds well in advance. I didn't load funds until the night before traveling and thought I was covered with my tolls to find out I will get some tolls in the mail🥲. Don't make that mistake.
