Windows Hello webcam that just works
Took a chance on this new camera from Kaysuda - just added to Amazon in July 2020, no reviews as of this date. Updated model to their old 720p camera. I read that there were some issues getting that older camera to work with Windows Hello. There were no such issues here. Plugged the camera in and no drivers were needed - it just worked. Win 10 1909.I did need to reboot before Windows Hello recognized it as an available option. After setting it up, it appears to work perfectly for Windows Hello logins with multiple users.Quality is OK - it's not a 4k camera by any means, but if you want a decent reasonably priced camera that's Windows Hello capable and actually in stock in 2020, your options start and end here.

For Windows Hello, it works perfect.
Installation was hassle. For me, it was not plug and play.Cam didn't work when I followed the instructions.I tried other things. Finally, when I turned off and on the switch on the cam, it started working. After I set it up, it works really well in Win 10 Hello.Almost perfect. Almost no errors. Very fast face recognition. Now, I don't have to type password. and I don't have to give up security in exchange of auto loginHowever, camera quality is very low, like phone camera from 10 years ago.Maybe Infrared sensor is expensive, so they have to chose cheap camera for it? I'm not sure.I can't recommend it for video recording or meetings which require high quality output.

Truly plug-and-play, with snapping fast Windows Hello Face login
The CA20 camera unlocks my Windows 10 machine within a second, much faster than the older unit from Kaysuda with a 720P camera. It was a truly plug and play experience, making my desktop machine as easy to unlock as my Surface 7 tablet. For video quality, I cannot tell the difference between this unit and Logitech C930e in Zoom. The video looks crisp and clear for both. Though, I would argue the CA20 unit is A LOT larger. See the attached photo for a "side-by-side" comparison between a C930e unit and the two units from Kaysuda, with the CA20 in the middle.Lastly, to my surprise, CA20 has an interesting On/Off switch that operates on itself. When switched to the "Off" slot, the camera is "removed" from the Device Manager as if the USB cable is removed. This is the first **real** power button I have ever seen from a webcam :)

Clearly not 1080p
The facial recognition works great, worked right out of the box for me. If that's all you're looking for it should be fine; however, this camera does not look 1080p to me.Comparing it to my other webcam (which doesn't have windows hello, which is why I bought this one) you can see a clear difference. It doesn't adjust to lighting conditions very well and looks significantly more pixelated and washed out. See PhotoFacial recognition stops working if I have either camera in use in the background even if it's not the one I use for that but that might be a windows issue, idk

Huge module with wide-angle milquetoast camera quality, but works with Windows Hello
SIZE: I placed this camera on top of a 24" monitor, and it takes up about 1/3 of the width. It's a big boy.VIDEO QUALITY: I was surprised how wide the angle on the camera is. This means you can see a lot of my messy room! The video output looks washed out and slightly grainy, but it's serviceable for video calls. Just make sure to blur your background or add a background photo.WINDOWS HELLO: after configuring, it works like a charm. I've yet to dig too far into using WH with my password manager, but the option is there.--IMPORTANT:-- If using with a desktop PC, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A TPM Module and that your motherboard supports it. I purchased an MSI one on Amazon for $25. It does some extra security stuff that I'm not familiar with.BONUS: There's a switch to turn off the camera on the unit if you'd like a little extra security. I don't know if it turns off the included microphone.--SHOULD YOU BUY?-- If you're looking for an inexpensive Windows Hello solution, then yes! If video quality matters to you, I would recommend a separate webcam for your calls and use the Kaysuda solely for Windows Hello.

Serve it purpose but...
It serve it purpose - I bought it so I can use Windows Hello with my desktop that does not have a camera that does facial recognition. It works really well, very fast and convenient. HOWEVER, using the camera for other purpose such as video chat - I found it wanting. The quality wasn't any better than a typical built-in camera. It's wider, sure but still very grainy in low-light situation and bright in bright-light situation. I had to buy another camera to use exclusively for video conference..

Good Camera
Great camera, very easy to install, not as cheap as I would like but does it's job. After installation I'd recommend to restart your pc so Windows Hello works as intended. The IR sensor is accurate, Windows Hello works really good as long as you're facing directly to the camera, the only issue I've found is that the image quality could be a bit better, the 1080p ress looks a bit low, more like 720p.

Windows Hello works but....
For a camera of this price you'd expect awesome picture sadly this is not. My sister has a $20 1080 camera and the picture/camera quality on it was by far much better than this camera. Also it's a little too big.It was easy to install, pc recognized it immediately and the Windows Hello feature worked great but this is a little too pricy to spend on just having the Windows Hello feature. Returned it.
