Por muchos años e instalado sistemas de seguridad de marcas reconocidas entres ellos DSC, 2GIG, HONEYWELL, entre otros, recientemente como solucion rapida para un familiar adquiri este sistema. Y debo reconocer que el producto me parece de buena calidad en materiales, la aplicacion tiene buenas alternativas, aunque pudiera estar levemente mas organizada, pero oftece excelente herramienta y apesar de ser una solucion economica es confiable una vez conozca bien sus funciones. De igual forma su instalacion y programacion es bien facil.

Update: customer service finally honored our request and replaced the keypad. Increasing rating to 4 stars for customer service.I was relatively happy with the functionality of the alarm system. Generally worked well…until it didn’t. The keypad started showing offline and then would not work at all. I haven’t even had it for 2 years. When I checked Amazon, I am seeing that I can’t just buy the keypad as a stand alone. So, we would have to buy an entire alarm system again to get just the keypad. Customer support was not helpful and would not provide a support; they didn’t even offer to provide a cost on just a keypad. Just a “Sorry we can’t help you.” Poor service. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like alarm equipment should be more durable and last longer than 1 year. Not sure I would recommend this product because of the connectivity issues and the basic keypad dying.

This system is a great option for small apartments. The app interface is easy to navigate and has customizable security settings for all devices. The alarm is loud, especially in a small space. I’d imagine the complaints of inadequate volume apply more in a larger space. It is a self-monitoring system and does require WiFi, but it will still notify you when you’re away from home. All and all, it’s an easy and affordable way to have peace of mind.

The media could not be loaded. First of all for an alarm that has to be set up by a regular consumer who is not technologically advanced, this thing is very poorly designed. It requires you to plug this in into an RJ45 jack that is on the same network as your phone app. In the booklet it says something about installing it wirelessly but it does not allow that at all.The siren sound set on maximum is nothing short of a joke. Literally funny so quiet. There is no external siren available. There's no wireless siren available.You have to search around which I had to do for about 2 hours to find an exit an entry delay. RidiculousIt talks too much notifies too much when you don't need it to notify you every time somebody opens and closes the door. You have to go look for all these things and turn them off one by oneWhen you try to arm it if a door is open it asks and demands a bypass which it does not say how to do it but you have to basically press the check mark within 3 seconds of it asking you otherwise exits armingThe motion sensors blink all the time even if the system is off.The main unit or hub does not have battery backup. It does not have an input for battery backup. It does not allow for any options in that wayNo glass break sensor is availableNo panic button is availableIt cannot make up its mind how to disarm it. Sometimes you can just put in the code. Sometimes you have to put in the code and then the check mark and then the off button. Sometimes it requires just a combination of two.It talks a lot but what's interesting is sometimes the talking becomes garbledThe system is not cheap. It requires hours to set up. Regardless of the fact that it's missing things like panic button which is very important, and the sound is so low for the alarm that simply allows stereo will drown it out and there is no extension for Siren, there are a few good things about itWithout having to purchase a monthly service, the app allows me to control it from the phone as well as the keypad.I like being notified on the app what is happeningI like how the keypad display lights up when I come near it so I can see the buttonsThe motion sensors are tiny and very easily aimed at the Target areaThe door sensors and the motion sensors beside being tiny have good enough range that cover my entire house without any issuesBecause of the lack of battery backup I purchased a UPS, which is uninterruptible power supply. It allows the base unit to continue functioning for about a half a day if power is cut offI can set what this thing does in each mode individuallyI started with two stars, but I have added one more star. Unfortunately it's still missing two stars for the two powerful reasons of not having battery backup and the siren being so quiet and no wireless extension for the siren

I wish I had set up this system as soon as it arrived so I could have returned it before my window closed. This thing is USELESS. The loudest setting on the alarm sounds like a children’s toy cop car.. might actually be quieter. I already had the camera and separate glass break sensors from a different brand that are actually loud. But I wanted to have a keypad system to tie it all together and trigger with motion and/or doors opening. It literally adds nothing to my security other than notifying me when a door opens, which I can already get notified by camera. Also, the delay of the siren when entering is way too long. So it either goes off as soon as you open the door, giving you no time to type a code in the keypad, OR it is set at 15 seconds or more delay. 15 seconds is so much time to grab items and split.
