Ordered this product in the morning and received it within the evening! Gobsmacked at the speedy delivery. Arrived in intact packaging but sadly didn’t work! The orange light came on but wouldn’t start the initial cleaning process. Called Amazon and they were super helpful.. sent a replacement immediately. Waiting on the replacement to arrive with fingers and toes crossed!! Will update accordinglyUPDATE: 5 stars for both Amazon customer service and for the machine! was replaced so quickly and without a fuss.. the new coffee machine works well. Does what it’s supposed to do! Neat little piece of equipment, can be tucked away, doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. I’m happy with my purchase!

This coffee machine makes great tasting coffee and fills a 200ml cup for the cappuccino option. Purchased on a limited time deal offer was outstanding value for money. It's very compact and light weight so I can store it in a cupboard. You have to ensure the coffee pods are inserted correctly or it drips out from the sides of the spout. It's very easy to use and I always find that you can't go wrong with a Bosch product.

Yes the cappuccinos are tiny but they are delicious. The one in the photo is under 250 ml. I know this due the volume size of the glasses I bought to use with the machine. The hot chocolates come to about 250ml but the lattes are larger at about 300- 320ml. For the price and ease of use, I cannot really complain about drink size. The machine is compact and simple. Just switch on, add the coffee pod (in that order) and you are good to go. The instructions are abysmal but like everyone else, I went to YouTube. And that does not detract from the actual machine. The coffee pods are quite expensive but I only have one coffee a day so they should last a while. Overall I am very happy with this machine and now look forward to my morning coffee each day!

I bought this to replace an old Tassimo coffee machine which was past its best. It seems to work ok but is considerably noisier than the old one, hence 4*

Brilliant little machine. .Easy to set up easy to use. Easy to keep clean and easy to fill up.The size is great for little spaces. Taste of the coffee pods are like the real thing. Temperature of coffee is good but not scalding. Great value for money for first timers to the pod machines like me. Durability looks good too. Would recommend. Not sure if normal Tassimo pods would work in the machine as it’s the intellibrew machine? But again I’m new to all this…

I was delighted with my first purchase which I still use daily...this is a newer model improved design love it.

I been using this coffee machine for a couple of weeks and do everything to make the perfect cup of coffee. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles which makes it so easy to use. It is highly recommend for the price and quality, the coffee pods are so easy to get from Amazon

Compact lovely little coffee maker, came with a scratch on the side of the machine..nevertheless I’m happy that it works perfectly.
