I ordered this couch after reading mixed reviews and i can say the negative reviews couldnt have been more wrong. Obviously they have been a one off because my couch arrived 13 days before intended delivery and as you can guess i was over the moon about. It is really easy to assemble screwing the feet on and both part just clip in together nicely. Sitting on the couch is very comfortable and have fell asleep a few times watching Netflix and woke up thinking i was laying on my beds mattress. 100% would recommend to anyone, great value for money and quick and easy service.

The sofa was great when it arrived. Very comfortable and feels very sturdy. Some of the stitching on the zippers of the pillows were a bit frayed but can easily be fixed.My issue, though, is the lack of communication from the seller.I confirmed the delivery time around midday with a 3 hour period from 12:45 to 15:45 (This was the only slot I was offered). I’ve had to take some time off work in order to receive it but it never arrived. I tried calling their number 14 times but noone called back. I received a call at 7pm at night to let me know he was 10mins away. Very inconvenient as I was out and had rush back. Not only did I have to take an unscheduled day off, it also ate into my time in the evening.Would have appreciated a courtesy call to let me know of what their circumstances were and I would have understood. Very disappointed on how this was handled.

Lovely sofa, very comfortable and good value for money

They're ok, easy to assemble. Quality is just average. The value was good and looks modern. They're not very comfortable though had it for around a year and looking for something new now.

Great foot stool. Perfect for what I need.But really bad delivery service until it was handed over to DPD. Then it was very professional.Wouldn't advise ordering off them tbh

We bought this to match our existing suite and luckily the colours are perfect. Really comfy as a footrest and as a seat. Note the model we bought had no storage which we knew when ordering. Appears to be well made and from good material. Makes chilling in the evening that bit more comfortable.

This was cheap and cushions slide odd when sitting , looks cheap , can see staple under the rim which is not cool and underside was ripped. Returned it and had to wait a while before it was collected so I could get a new one as no space .Would not buy from this company again however they delt with the return and refund

Good I love it the only problems is the stables are a little visible
