Great Software
Very versatile. I wanted to cut down the beginning and ends of mp3s and it did the trick. Still learning what all it can do.

does the job of converting MP4 audio to MP3 perfectly
I needed a computer program to use on my PC to convert music to MP3 so I could download it onto a memory stick to use in my car. I just tried downloading a 'burned' CD and also some music I had stored in my PC . They both came out fine!! I am not sure about the other features regarding this software though.

Doesn't offer mp3 in V.B.R. (variable bit rate format)!!
It doesn't offer mp3 V.B.R. which is supposed to be the best audio quality format over C.B.R. (constant bit rate) and can be a little tricky to find in your music files once saved! I had to search for the various songs and create new files for each group to put the songs back in! The only thing that surprised me about this program is that they offer a higher audio quality than Compact disc which I didn't know was even possible and they do offer the new Flac format as well!

I wanted to use this product for recording music I was using older software for 15 years but I had to buy a newer computer which runs at 64 bpsI purchased your product but there is no indication in your offer that says I need internetAs a result your software deleted my video driver and now I cannot read or burn dvd's on my computerYou should warn your customers that your software will permanantly damage a computer if for any reason the this software does not work

This may be a good product but, I have not found out all the features yet. There is little to non information on how to use it and adjust it.

This is one of the better audio products for your editing or transferring audio to disc or flash drive i’ found.

IT ASKS YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO DO AND IT WALKS YOU THRU IT BY CLICKING BOXES. IT IS SIMPLE TO USE AND INEXPENSIVE. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GREAT. THEY HAVE TO ALLOW MOVING IT TO A DIFFERENT COMPUTER BUT THEY GIVE INSTRUCTIONS ON DOING IT.
