Dissolves easily in hot liquid.Flavor was disappointing to me, but some may like it.Will try it again with hot 2% milk and some sugar.

Taste good but not the same
It's a good alternative to coffee but I was hoping this would be like the jar that I remember buying 10 years ago when the grains were more like crystals rather than this powder. It had a much better taste. It's still good though, has a warm taste that doesn't involve all those spices I don't like, such as cinnamon and others like it.
