My husband and I work as window washers and often work in warmer weather and heated homes. So we need to add electrolytes to our water on the warmer days.This product tastes good and works well - keeping us going all day long. We have even recommended it to some of our clients.The only thing is it is a little hard to add to the bottled water, so I add single servings to little plastic vials that I've saved along the way. However it also comes in individual packets as well so if your concerned with that, then I recommend the packets.

Effectiveness:The taste is not bad, I do have to shake my bottle every time I want to take a drink to shake up the powder that settles to the bottom. I can't really recommend it based on that but it seems based on other reviews that other people don't really experience this side effect so buy it with that in mind.

I like the product so far , no noticeable flavor . I just don’t understand why they place it in such a big container. When you open it , it’s less than half full . Still a great product for the price .
