I am using this system to fly my DJI fc40 with a true "live view". Set up was easy once I saw another post from an amazon buyer. I snipped the plug off of the transmitter to directly wire it on my fc40. In all of the 12volt world red,/black are usually positive /negative. Well not this world. After taking the advice of the other buyer, i switched ythe yellow, and black wire. Viola! I got a video signal.I hope the unit will work for a while. I'm seeing where this unit doesn't last too long.

Excellent, reliable connection over 100 feet from one building to another one with aluminum siding. Very, very seldom drops out and immediately reconnects. Great buy for the price.

does the job but gets HOT to the touch would not install where fire hazard may be issue

I was using this to transmit a signal to teleprompter on a steadicam . I got a solid signal at 200 feet, but as soon as I moved, the picture dropped out every few seconds. My host could not read the copy because the screen kept going blank. If the transmitter and the receiver are in fixed positions, It works pretty well, no drop out.

Excellent Product for FPV if you're on a 5GHz RC transmitter. I installed this on my Phantom 2 Vision plus to get further range and I can easily get 10 miles with a cloverleaf and a helical antenna.. Your Video range will surpass your transmitter range with many miles to spare. I tested the range by putting my Phantom 2 Vision+ on the side of a hill then I drove away until I lost video reception. You won't find a better transmitter in the 2.5GHz frequency guaranteed.

I have been searching for something like this for awhile. It was smaller than i expected which was good considering the space i had to put the transmitter. It was easy to hook. The range was good and the color on the cameras was also clear. the only thing i had problems with was the interference, as the picture kept flickering. I tried adjusting the antenna, position of both transmitter and the receiver but that did not fix the flickering. I even tested the camera in the same room but to avail. unless I can find a fix for this problem, I will be returning the item.
