This really works and has made a massive difference in my husband’s back pain. The size provides perfect coverage for his lower back, and the straps are versatile allowing him to position exactly where he needs it and with the desired compression. It is nice to be able to stand up, walk around, and be hands free when needed. It is very sturdy and seems well made. It takes 2 hours to fully chill, but stays cold for quite a long time. I like that it can be folded or rolled, great for freezer space! Would be perfect rolled up in a cooler too when traveling, playing sports, etc.

I injured my back and started going to physical therapy. My Dr. used hot and cold both for my treatment. So at home I need to do the same for my home exercises. These packs are exactly the same ones my Dr. uses. They are large enough to fit across my back. They have straps that you can use depending on where you want the cold to be. They are also flexible and can easily wrap around an arm, leg or shoulder if needed. They are filled with a gel and freeze quickly. These are top notch and will last me for years. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got the two pack with straps for my post op recovery. They don’t take very long to freeze, fully. Two-four hours. They last about 2-3 hours. They do have a little bit of weight and compression to them, but they’re light enough to not hurt any surgical incisions. Day 6 is when I started using the straps with them to wrap it around my torso. It provides further compression, helps with bracing against coughs/laughs. Great quality for an ice pack, durable & easy to clean. The Lg covered my whole torso and wrapped around to my sides a little. I’m a US w size 12. 5ft tall. Highly recommend for abdominal surgery relief, back relief, large area pain relief. I would recommend buying multiples if using for after surgery/semi-continuous use due to freeze time. Two seemed to work just fine for me. I did rotate between ice packs that lasted longer (yeti lunchbox ice packs) & these. 10/10

I have used these before and ordered another one when I injured my shoulder. Even when just taken out of the freezer this ice pack is easy to mold around my shoulder. It stays cold for a long time and refreshes pretty quickly. It was a real blessing while I was waiting for treatment. I like the cover as well as it keeps the cold from being too intense. I highly recommend this brand for its quality, affordability, and selection of sizes.

These are amazing, I love them. I bought a 2 pack because I have intense arthritis and nerve encroachment in my lower back at 40. They fit my back perfectly. They flex easily and it doesn’t stress the fabric. They stay cold longer than 20 minutes which is excellent. I’ll need these to ease my pain and inflammation over my years and I think these will work perfectly. These are the same brand my chiropractor uses. I also love the straps for when I’m driving or need to be doing things. Expensive, but absolutely worth it. I got one for home and one for travel.

They are soft and great to throw on an injury. These packs have a soft velvety side to place against the skin that isn't as harsh to the tissue around. Do you need a barrier, maybe, but I don't with these. Since it's less harsh than normal ice packs to the skin. These are large enough to hug a knee or shoulder, and gentle enough for post-op icing.
