Jintop Fastener
I bought this bracelet for my partners Christmas present, I opened the box and was impressed with the colours of the stones and the bracelet. When I tried the fastener it is very tight and hard to open. I have tried to loosen but maybe not so easy for a lady to open. Do you have any advice on how to loosen this catch a little.Charles
