Its a really good wax warmer. The turning off is so your wax won’t burn that does not mean it doesn’t work. It doesn’t over heat so you won’t burn yourself and doesn’t under heat so your wax is thicker. Before I would use my rice cooker and now I’m glad I don’t have to constantly push the button to reheat. Very good and inexpensive. I highly recommend

This was warmer is great. Heats up quickly so its ready to.go before my clients get here. I love that its purple and not a standard color. Conversation piece in the clinic room for aure.
