Smart but basic
I used this for a fine art poster and it is fine for a cheap picture frame though the corners were a bit tricky to line up when putting it back together. The hanging piece on the back of the frame is not great, makes it very difficult to hang on the picture hook on the wall. It would be better if it came with something on both sides that you can attach picture wire to.

Not as bad as other people are making out.
It is quite fiddly to assemble - it took me about 45 mins (because i had to do it twice!), but i applied myself to the task and enjoy a challenge! I took the whole frame apart to start with, figured out what went where and reassembled it (with the poster in place). All the corners lined up perfectly, no bends in the frame. I would imagine, judging by some of these reviews, that these people would struggle putting up shelves or assemble drawers. My three cats didn't help me. However, If you don't have the patience, i would not recommend this frame!

Okay
Bought this to put my large poster of From Russia With Love in it. However the frame seems to have gaps in the corners and doesn't feel as well made as it should be. Also on mine the plastic sheet popped away from the frame. The clamps are quite fiddly to put in. Overall this frame looks quality although for me it wasn't as high quality as I would like

ordered 2 of them. they arrived quickly but both damaged. one with a huge 10 inch crack - the other with 2 smaller cracks. returning them and wont reorder as not good quality.

Very brittle perspex cover
This is a good looking frame, however is quite fiddly to get a poster into.Unfortunately the Perspex front cover cracked in two places for me as it is very brittle and thin, so proceed with caution when slotting this in place. I now have an unattractive frame to dispose of...Lastly, the frame rims tend to "pop" away from the actual frame due to the clamps pushing it away.Overall, provided you get it right first time and perhaps don’t use all the available clamps that cause too much torsion against the wooden back of the frame, you should be OK.
