Disappointing
For the money I paid, I expected better than this thin, cheap, nasty fabric. My insincts told me not to buy this but I did and it was a mistake. If you’re thinking of buying one, don’t. Probably won’t even wear it as a Halloween costume.

The Cape is a velvet material and is quite thin. Good quality.
