Wouldn't connect to the network. At one point I moved it to the socket next to the router with my phone all less than 6 inches from each other. Still would not connect. Router is 2.4ghz, I have at least 3 other devices that connect at that ghz. Correct authentication. Everything checked 5 times over. Plenty of DNS address leases open. Tried different units since I bought four. Nada. All bad.Bought an amazon plug, many times more expensive but it worked in less than 2 minutes. So I returned these.Maybe something to do with Comcast supplied router but I never have issues with any other device, laptops, video games, echos, and so on. I wasn't about to go buy another router to test that theory.

This is my first smart plug that I've owned and I absolutely love it! It's really responsive and it can work as a regular plug if left in on mode, like I use it for my light switch to plug for lights. Sometimes I use the smart capability and sometimes I use the switch but it's awesome to have the option of use. It does take a few seconds when using it in this manner, but using the app/Google home it is almost instant. It does take a little bit of time to set up properly with Google home and linking to the app, but once you're set up, there's no need to do it again. You can rename them and sort of map out your house where the plugs are. I love this product and highly recommend it as a great cheap smart plug with great build quality.

I was able to pair this Smart Plug with my cell phone without any issue. I scanned the QR code from the manual and just installed the Android App from Play Store. I also connected this Smart Plug with Google Home App. I paired this switch with another phone and tablet at home. They all work without any issue. Now, I can use either apps or voice command via Google Assist. Like most folks, I have either my phone or tablet nearby at home. Now I no longer have get up to turn on and off my lights.Some reviews complaint about the size of this Plug but it is really not that big. It is much smaller than my old remote switch.There are so many this kind of WIFI Outlets that I just took a chance and got this one. I did check the reviews and made sure it is highly rated. This is a good purchase and I am glad that I bought this.

Great product! For the price, I was expecting it to give me problems but this was the easiest installation of anything I’ve ever done. Took no more than two minutes and had zero issues. Works perfectly.Turning the lights on and off is as simple as hitting a button. It also allows you to do a different schedule every day and also has options for “Timer”, “Circulate”, and “Random”.The app is clean and very easy to navigate. Only thing is that it uses military time for scheduling. There may be a way to change that but it doesn’t bother me so I just left it as is.

Ok, these are AMAZING!!!! I ordered them to use for the Christmas tree and it’s a life saver. We can just say, “hey google, turn on the Christmas tree” and it’s on! No more digging around behind the tree getting scratched trying to plug it in! Still haven’t decided where we’re going to use the second one but we want to order more! You can also use the app to turn it on. My husband turned the tree on from the parking lot in our apartment complex-so cool!

These are a must have with Alexa. They work perfectly and are an awesome addition so when you walk into a dark house you can tell Alexa to turn on the lights instead of fumbling around looking for the light switch. They can be grouped together to turn on more than one at once or by themselves. They have timers on them to turn lights on at a certain time. The smart life app and the Alexa app both work to turn these on with your phone. I have them in every room LOL

I work in the technology field and these are not easy to pair to Alexa. The instructions are very small, hard to read, and not very clear. They work great after you figure the whole pairing complications out. Best advice go into Alexa app, go to skills and search for Smart Life, add skill, and login with the Smart Life user and password you set up.

Set up was easy, and no problem to control it through the app on your smart phone/pad. However it is not reliable using Alexa voice command. Keep getting “.......not responding check it’s WiFi connection!” If the problem is WiFi connection, it shouldn’t work through the smart phone either, but it does.
