Hi I just got this product today morning and found to be very good and quality product my waist size is 36 XL was till fine for me.Can any one help me on how long I shd wear this in a day?

The elastic band is not sturdy. After one use, the steel bone inside the corset has started coming out. And it hurts your body. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stop selling the product, Amazon.

After my pregnancy I needed something to bind my tummy in a daily basis. This was as expected useful to bind my tummy as desired due to many inches that you can adjust as per your waist size. But yes, the plastic rods do slip out.

It tore off even though it was not tight...the product tearing in just no time bcos it's not Spandex it's like socks material...

As mentioned in the description my waist was 39"...so I ordered 6XL...bt it is very loose...it's not pressing my tummy...it's like an simple elastic band...
