had to return it
I was not well informed about the names of all the different types of connections so I ordered this to use with a Surface Pro 2 laptop. The end on this dongle did not fit the connection to my computer. The hub seemed fine it just didn't work for me (although I think the description said it would).

Really nice mini dock for a great price
Overall excellent - easy to use. Makes a great tiny docking station. Not quite as solid as it looks. Power pass through on my HP laptop does not deliver enough juice for the laptop. Works fine without pass thru though.Pros:- Small, light- No drivers to install - just works- Solid metal case - no seams- Nice finish, not cheap feelingCons:- Metal case feels a little thin, light- Power pass thru does not provide enough power

this product do not work good and is very unstable

Does not support two external monitors or charge
Was really great to use in a pinch but does not support more than 1 external monitor and does not bypass charge my surface book two.Again works well but not for what I needed it to do.

Happy purchase
First thing first, it works! I bought some other products before and none of them work as should. This one works. And I am very happy all function working well with my new MacBook Pro 2018 which only has type c. The product qualiy looks very nice. Overall I am very happy
