Good for the money
Use this all the time for running but have it linked to wireless head phones. Had one similar before for a smaller iPhone but changes due to getting the 11. This has where the controls are in the outside so you can use the volume, extra straps if your arms are quiet big like mine. The touch screen works when the phone is in the case. Good value for money as much more expensive ones on the market.

It’s really a good product when working out. Very flexible on the arm, unfortunately the touch screen doesn’t work.

Perfect armband for runners or cyclists.
Bought this for my iPhone XR to use when running and cycling. I’ve found that the phone moves ever so slightly so the front camera does not always pick up face recognition. However, touch screen works perfectly so this isn’t really an issue as I don’t use face recognition when strapped to my arm. Band is very comfortable when running and the headphone cable guide means I no longer accidentally pull the headphones out of my ears when running which is something I’ve found annoying with previous armbands. The extra pockets for door key and cash/cards is also a great feature. Would recommend for anyone who runs or cycles.

Should have used one strap as the arm band
I have a similar neoprene arm band for my iPhone 6. This is similar, so build quality wise, I expect it to last. I brought this as it was the only iPhone XR case available.I have quite thin arms so need to use the arm strap extender. Which does not allow me to have a snug fit around my arm when running. If they had made a single strap, but to the length of the two straps joined together, then I could have trimmed the strap to my preference. The extension strap buckle does not go through the slit on the case. If you have larger arms, then you'll be fine.

Used for running
I use it for running but the touch screen is very insensitive so I always need to take the phone pot of I want to change music etc. This may be because I also have a protective screen on my phone though.
