I ordered this dress after seeing some reviews from women wearing it to a wedding. I need a few dresses for weddings coming up and thought this one was cute. The dress is adorable, however it is not for a wedding. The slit is very high and shows A LOT of cleavage if you are blessed in the upper frontal dept. it’s definitely more of a “date night” “Valentines Day” type of dress. I ordered the red first in a small which was ok but it also shows ALL your imperfections (should you have anything you’re self conscious about). I ordered the black in a medium which definitely worked better (black is also “slimming”) but they are both two different materials. The red was a velvety soft thick material that clung to you more. The black is more of a thicker, wet suit kind of material if that makes any sense. It’s still soft and smooth but not that velvety soft texture that clings to the body. I’m keeping the black and returning the red. I would definitely purchase these for summer date nights instead of actual functions though. Very cute and can be dressed down with cute flat sandals or a little more dressy with a cute pair of wedges.

This dress is beautiful, absolutely perfect for what I need it for! (And for plenty more bc it's literally my new favorite dress lol) The chest area wasn't quite as tight as I would have liked, but, the straps are adjustable so, that definitely helped (I have a very tiny upper body and chest area, so most things don't fit me there, that's not bc of the dress, that's just how I'm built) there is NOT a built in bra like it had suggested however, it does have maximum support for your chest despite that (atleast for us smaller chested women I can't speak for everyone).. (and it also makes your chest look amazing and for girls like me who barely have a chest; this is awesome!) I do wish it was a little tighter (it's fitted, but, not super tight, on me atleast..) cuz I expected it to snatch me in, and for a girl with more curves it probably would but, it's still very flattering regardless.. The fabric is extremely nice for the price, and does have some stretch to it.. For size reference I ordered a size small (only because xs wasn't an option) I am 5'4, 128 lbs; athletic/thin body type (32-27-34) it does fit pretty well and I am quite pleased with this purchase.. I hope this review helps but, honestly, if you're on the fence about it; buy this dress!! I feel like such a baddie whenever I put it on!

Brought this dress for my daughter's homecoming. It fits like a a glove and is tall gril friendly. She's 5'11.

I ordered this dress for a Mr. & Mrs. Smith costume, so obviously I ordered a dress with a dramatic slit… or so I thought. When the dress came I was sad to find that there was no slit! I still really love the dress and the fit, plus it’s a great material, so I’ll be making the slit myself.

i ordered an x-large knowing my chest is on the bigger side, but when i got it it was way to small all over. the slit is also shown to be on the side of the dress in the picture, but my dress had a huge one right in the front and was WAY to high up. the material is on the thicker side which is good, but wasn’t as stretchy as i would’ve liked. ended up returning.

I bought this for halloween -- to be clear, while it is a dressy look, it is clearly cheap, and I would have been embarrassed to wear this anywhere classy/dressy. Definitely more for casual-dressy parties, halloween, etc... more for fun.This dress was perfect for the look I was going for, and although a bit skimpy, the material is almost like a thin version of that wetsuit trend, but the inside is all soft and felt -- very comfy. The straps are adjustable which was great. Biggest issue was the length -- I am short (5'3), but the dress didn't even reach my heels without shoes. Definitely would be a problem for anyone average height or taller (for context, I weigh 130lbs and typically wear small/size 2-4 in my normal shopping. I bought this in a medium since amazon sizes tend to not be reliable).
