A really great formulation and 200mg per serving in 2 capsules, non-GMO and gluten free. Pterostilbene helps with mental focus and clarity, healthy brain function and cardiovascular health. It's been shown to be more effective than resveratrol. Optimally I've read that 240mg is the ideal amount when combining with NAD supplements so it's close.From NIH - "Substantial evidence suggests that pterostilbene may have numerous preventive and therapeutic properties in a vast range of human diseases that include neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic, and hematologic disorders. Great value in such tiny pills. Been taking it for over 10 month now. I’m still fairly young so I haven’t seen a huge difference but I take them for anti-aging, preventive measures. My elderly co-worker, whom I’ve mentioned this product and have shared it with, has told me that his level of energy and focused level seemed to be higher after taking this for a few wks.
