I have tried over a dozen different brands of calcium & must say that this works the best! This has actually helped me sleep as well. I was having pretty bad insomnia issues, & couldn't shut my brain down when I went to bed. This started working immediately. The upside with the capsules is they are not too big & are easy to swallow. The downside is, one capsule is only 150mg, so you have to take quite a few to get the daily recommended dosage!

I complained here on Amazon and then went to the front door AGAIN and the package was there. Today is November 3rd

Information on photo advertisement does not match information on packaging. Image shows % Daily Value of 15%. Actual product label on bottle I received shows % Daily Value of 167%, as seen in photo I attached.

It's the only calcium supplement I've found that doesn't make me sick. I've been able to get my blood levels back to mid-normal. That's a very good thing.

Best calcium citrate out there! I like it because Iit is hypoallergenic, and that's hard to find. I use other Nutricology products, just as pleased with them.

I bought this and a Vit D3 & K2 supplement on doctors recommendation. I'm a 75 yr old woman and, like many, my D3 level was too low plus needed the calcium. The K2 in the supplement is said to aid absorbtion and effectiveness. Seems like a good thing for me to do.
