Anne Klein Women's UNA Flat

These are really cute shoes. I love the design. Unfortunately, after having them for about 5 months, the heel split in half. As you can see from the pictures, the brand name of the bottom of the shoe still looks pristine (I was not abusing them). I was wearing them perhaps 3 times per week. I contacted Ann Klein who was unhelpful and refused to replace the shoes. I have never had a pair of shoes split and crack the sole of the shoe and definitely have never seen this sort of thing so soon after buying them new. Whether this was a defective pair of shoes or not, I do not know. But the fact that Ann Klein did not help replace them was bad customer service (they told me to go to the seller who said they would not help because it was out of the return period. Then I went back to Ann Klein and they did not even bother to answer my emails). I was very disappointed in the whole ordeal.

I love these shoes. I am an 8.5 B/M and do use three-quarter insoles with them because my arches are so high that I need the extra support, but that's no knock on these shoes because I rarely, if ever, find a shoe with enough built-in arch support. In any case, I love the rubber sole, which provides good cushioning and makes these a joy to walk in. Plus, they're dressy enough to wear to work. I highly recommend them and do hope Anne Klein doesn't do away with this style.

This is the shoe to have if you’re on your feet for long periods of time. Working, walking, dancing... they go from office to evening. Worked standing 10hrs straight. Not only were my feet not tired, they didn’t hurt and actually felt good. Having had surgery on my foot not to long ago, it is sensitive. Finding a good shoe that was flexible and didn’t bind was difficult. I only bought 1 pair on Amazon. Unfortunately they only had 1 in my size in the color I wanted. However I bought more in different colors wherever I could find them. You won’t regret buying these versatile shoes.

AK Shoes - They always feel good on and do not hurt. I have bought a lot of this brand and every shoe style is comfortable as this one is. The fabric used and the way the shoe is designed, it just fits and does not cause a problem by day’s end for me. I really, really like Anne Klein shoes. My Sis bought the same shoe when she saw my pair on me. We are of the age now, we still love style and don’t want to ware orthotics or other shoes for seniors with no style at all.

I'd already purchased a pair of Anne Klein Sport flats in navy blue, that were wonderful. When I tried to find the same style in black, though, they were unavailable - so I began a search and found these. They had a somewhat squarer toe, but I thought that would work even better -- and I was right! This turned out to be an excellent choice, that feels great and to top it off, they're pretty, too!

I returned these because the barbican along the side arrived wrinkled, or buckled. The wrinkle in the fabric could be noticed from inside and it was uncomfortable. I have owned a number of AK ballet flats and usually love them. For me, this was a quality issue and was a miss. I found a pair of Circus by Sam Edelman locally and didn’t reorder these.

these are comfy and good looking shoes, seems well made as well.I can fit in size 6 in most dressy shoes, however long hours will make my feet hurt. So, I usually order size 6.5 for comfort. but this one feels like 6, the toe hit the toe box and feel too crowded, even though I just tried on for a moment, I already know I wont be wearing it for hours unless I order half a size up.

I love AK sport shoes and have ordered several pairs. I assumed the sizing would be the same just a different color. It seems the length has changed. Ordered 7.5 like always but need an 8 for these. i kept them because i only wear them for a couple of hours at a time.
