Neck worse
Can't wear. Had on only for 20 min or less and my neck was worse. I have a bad spinal issue which effects my neck. Thought this would help but made it much worse. Thinking it will depend on individuals with what issues they have. Didn't work for me.

Worst purchase ever
Terrible item. I bought one that was supposed to be large enough for me but when it arrived, it was so small, putting it on was more painful than my injury. If Barbie had a slipped disk in her neck, it would have been perfect but since I have a normal sized head, it was awful.

This is the exact same one I received from the hospital after I had C4-5 fused. I just wish someone would sell the cotton liners for them.

Horribly uncomfortable, needs some type of cover/material. You stick to it. I would give this 0 stars but it won’t let me.

Left rehab and collar delivered next day!
So happy that my husband was able to have his waterproof collar after he got home from surgery/and rehab. Will keep his neck in line when he showers, and walks in the swimming pool.

I don't read Chinese so I don't have info about the product such as how to clean if soiled, is there a limit to how long you should wear it in a 24 hour period? There's pictures but I don't understand what's being done and why in some of them because all the information is in Chinese.

IMO, not worth the money
I’m experiencing neck issues and was hoping this collar would alleviate the issue somewhat; it’s sturdy, but it’s constantly slipping off.

u NEED TO MAKE A HIGHER QUALITY ITEM FOR OUR CERVICAL ISSUES. THIS IS SILLY. NOTHING TO IT. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE AFTER HAVING NECK SURGERY LIKE i DID. BAD PRODUCT. DOES NOT EVEN FIT WELL. MADE TOO CHEEPLY!
