The water filter jug is very easy to use and has a large capacity. Very good quality, wooden Handle looks very stylish ! And It's filtered water is very clear and good taste , Love it !

This is a really good filter jug holds alot of water. The only draw back you can not get replacement filter cartridges.

I almost never write reviews online, but I was so disappointed with this water filter pitcher that I feet I have to. I bought this because I thought it looked nicer and would hold more water than our Brita filter pitcher. However the quality was terrible. Here are the major problems:1. The filters do not last as long as advertised. It says 12 weeks, but they lasted maybe 7-8 before we started noticing that the water wasn't tasting as fresh.2. They didn't filter hard water as well as our old Brita.3. Green algae formed at the bottom of the pitcher. We changed the filters and washed it as frequently as our old Brita and kept it in exactly the same place in the kitchen as the Brita. We never had algae in a Brita filter. It was absolutely disgusting. I threw it into the recycling bin as soon as I noticed this.4. The "wood" handle is plastic.We're back to a Brita filter again. I strongly recommend not purchasing this product.

OMG - the best water filter in the world. The water is like drinking fresh stream water in the Lake District when I was a child -many moons ago. It looks good and works well. Perfect for a busy family ❤️❤️❤️❤️P.S - FAO Mally- the pressure of the water opens the little opening in the middle of the lid, you shouldn't have to hold it. Check the fitting otherwise it's faulty :)

The jug is a lovely jug, nice and big, but if you can't get replacement filters it's just pointless, i don't know why they are selling this item. Anybody know yet where to get them from????

The flavour of the water is great. The filter is very easy to use. I initially thought it was a good bargain being reasonably priced. Sadly, since buying the item and looking for replacement filters it appears they have been discontinued as I can not find them anywhere.

I bought this jug and it cost 22.99 I love it and it was everything it said it was , however I must caution against buying as you cannot buy the replacement filters anywhere , I found one place on line , in America and even they have sold out, lovely jug lovely tasting water the price has been reduced but please don't let that sway you , you are wasting your money .

After using it for comment, the filter kettle is very good~ The capacity is large, the filtered water is sweet, I hope to improve the status quo of my hair loss by drinking this filtered water~
