it moves when placed on smooth surface. but works well. I am overall pleased with function of fan. easy to operate on and off switch hi and lo settings.

Works well enough but I can't use the high setting because of where I have it sitting (on a desk). When on high speed, it "walks" itself backwards until it falls over the edge of the desk, dangling by its cord. I suppose I could put something behind it or weight the feet down with something but, yeah, discovered the reason they say not to put it on a desk...

If you looking for a personal office fan, this is it. Nice design. This little thing is powerful. Buy this is you are looking for your own personal fan.

Cheap and clearly you get what you pay for! One was broken right out of the box -- didn't work at all -- but because it was so cheap I didn't even bother going through the hassle of returning it. The other one worked for 2 to 3 weeks and then broke. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CHEAP PIECE OF ****!

this is a perfect little fan I'm in college and in the dorm rooms it gets really hot so I just put it on my bed where if it's perfectly and it doesn't get as cold but it's good enough

I would have a better opinion if it were DOA, but this thing worked ONCE!!! Then it quit. I think that it must have been mass produced and they're all probably very low quality. Save your time and spend a bit more $ for a bit more quality.

I ordered 2 of these and 1 didn't work at all out of the box and the other was pretty weak. It was less hassle to just throw 1 away. What a waste.
