These are very classy looking ceiling roses. I bought two, one each for a family member's children's bedrooms. I have just ordered another black chrome as it looks so amazing as does the antique copper. What I like especially about them is that they are already made up, so there are no separates to order e.g. cable, light socket at the end of the cable etc. I have given 5* stars above for installation but I am no installer of light fittings, but it does look easy and straight forwards enoughThe Lyte company certainly have a panache for choosing nice looking ceiling fixtures, so I am likely to be a return customer. Love the shiny rose gold look. Had to grind the metal hole down on the lampshade i bought then wondered why it didn't fit. It is just a standard nothing special. The fitting is decribed rightly so as VINTAGE LOOK. I dont think you are meant to have a shade. I bought silver for the bedrooms and the existing shades are on with the bulb this being what holds them in. The geometric wire shades seem to fit them better. Unfortunately not my style. I got the shade to fit after I grinded the metal ring peice. A bit of hassle. Then I read the description and fully understood why a standard shade didn't fit.

This is a nice product. It’s well made, good value and the colour (antique copper) is very attractive.But for me there are a couple of things that stopped it being a five star product.First is that the internal junction box in the cylindrical rose is too small for multiple cables that are often found in roses that this unit will replace. There are various ways round this – I replaced it with Wago connectors which I was able to fit inside the rose. Another option, depending on the number of cables, is to use an external junction box in the ceiling void. (I should say that I’ve not yet come across a replacement fitting that deals with multiple cables as well as the traditional UK ceiling rose, so this unit is not alone in this deficiency.)The second is that the cylindrical housing of the rose is connected by small screws to a bracket mounted on the ceiling. These screws are visible when the unit is in place, and are not the same colour as the housing (they’re silver). It would be better if the fixings were either not visible - after all, the cheap plastic roses achieve this - or at the very least had the same colour as the housing

Sparky review. Probably the best I've installed. Solid, sturdy, excellent design. And the base , which is so rare, sits TIGHT to the ceiling once fixed on.

I purchased this to replace an old light fitting, it looks very nice in place and does the job nicely, there is plenty of cable which I cut to size to suit our shade.

Great item, easy to install, loads of cable to suit your needs

Looks good but the wire connectors that it comes with is so small.I had to rip it out and use my own Terminal blocks but apart from that it was easy to install and it comes with a long flex cable that you can easily cut to what ever length you need.

The media could not be loaded. Bellissimi e finalmente a possibilità di avere un filo sufficientemente lungo anche con soffitti alti. Materiale solido e che non si opacizza, filo ben fatto che non si sfilaccia. Il colore è davvero di effetto.

No se ve mal, pero cada vez que la veo colocada, menos me gusta, buen color, básica, pero no. Creo que la moda esta de la iluminación edison/industrial, se va a ir para no volver.

Arriva in un barattolo arrotolato, non sono presenti istruzioni, ma il montaggio è semplice, il cavo è abbastanza flessibile e bello lungo, non adatto per tutti i contesti ma la qualità generale è buona.
