Nice simple pump. Not for use with engine oil.
Nice simple little pump. It self primes and is well built for the price.Don't use it to pump engine oil.I tried to pump used engine oil with this. It worked for several hours until the rubber gaskets/one-way valves expanded and it stopped working. Not the pumps fault. It would be nice if the listing specified what types of liquids it's compatible with.

Great compact unit.
This unit surprised me. I didn't think it would sustain vacuum long and it would brake down quickly after just a few uses. So far I have moved brake fluid, water and gear oil with it. Bought a second one incase this one does go down. Some patients is needed for the flow isnt a 1/2 hp pump but does the job. Have to be careful with the electrical leads on top to not break them off.
