Suggested Use: Take drops 3 times per day, morning, afternoon and evening. Fill the dropper (1 mL) and place the drops under your tongue. Follow Pro HCG diet program enclosed. Getting started on your diet Phase 1 (Loading Phase - Days 1 and 2) - Take your drops 3 times daily. Eat anything you want for the first two days. Keep using the food choices listed in the diet program. If you do not reach your goal weight before 20 days, continue following the VLCD through day 40 or until you reach your goal weight. Do not take for longer than 40 consecutive days or stay on the VLCD for more than 6 weeks. Phase 3 (Body Weight Maintenance - 3 weeks) This period of your program is essential to your success. Your body will start to adjust to the level of food you are taking in. By increasing your food intake slightly you will keep your metabolism moving so you will continue to burn more calories. You continue to eat the same types of foods as in Phase 2 but gradually increase fruits, vegetables and proteins. At this time you will continue to keep sugar and starches out of your diet. You may introduce small amounts of dairy products back into your diet at this time and increase your protein intake to about twice the amount as in the VLCD. You should be taking between 1000-1500 calories daily at this stage. If you gain more than 2 lbs. at any point during this phase, have a fasting day where you drink water all day and only eat a large serving of protein for dinner with only a piece of fruit. Phase 4 (Final - 3 weeks) At this phase you can now start to introduce starches back into your diet. You must be careful not to overdo them or form poor eating habits. It is up to you to keep the weight off and stay on track. You should keep your calories between 1500-2000 calories daily using the food choices like those provided in this program.
