GarantNHSW7 Nordic 7-Inch Tempered Steel Blade Sidewalk Scraper, Shown in The Image

I bought one of these sidewalk scrapers in the fall in anticipation of another bad winter. I had no idea when I bought it how much use it would get, but now, at the end of another record breaking cold, icy and long winter, I have to say that this was the best tool I have purchased in years. It's lightweight, breaks up icy patches in seconds, and gives me immediate gratification when clearing the walkways.Any ice left over or too difficult to shovel comes right up when using this. It's so much fun and fast to use that when I've finished my sidewalks, I've kept going all the way up the block to clear the sidewalks on those vacant houses that never get shoveled.I suspect that this sidewalk scraper will last a long time because I really abused it this season, but just to feel more secure I just received my second one that I intend to keep as backup.

I've owned this for about 6 weeks now... perfect timing for a string of bad winter storms. This scraper had no problem plowing through ice up to 1 inch thick on multiple occasions. The blade and handle both seem well constructed and show little sign of wear. I'd give it 5 stars if the handle was 6 inches longer, as I'd like to have a bit more leverage without bending over quite as much. But it's definitely better than anything I found in the local big box stores.

I got this the day before a big storm and used it to chop through a few 2"thick or so patches of ice , it worked great!! not flimsy at all , I think this will give me use for years to come.

The tool seems to be very sturdy, function, and as advertised. This a tool that I will use sporadically and not every day. So its usefulness and durability has yet to be determined in time.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but from my initial exam it lookslike a well made tool and I expect that it will work just fine when I getaround to using it.

Light weight but easy to use and works great even being light. Comfortable and durable.

Pretty good, strong. Was able to chop ice up to about 1" thick. Maybe can chop thicker if you are stronger. Either case, very useful.
