Works great. The only problem is if you leave liquid wax in it make sure you clean out the spray hole or it will spray in the direction that you don't expect.Makes a laminate floors look like new when you use hardwood floor wax. Cover scratches and cleans beautifully. Make sure you wash the pad after every use. You can wash it in the washing machine or by hand it doesn't matter so long as it's nice and clean.

Good design with all necessary accessories. Only one negative thing that I gave 3 stars is the too thin plastic frame for the cleaning cloth would not last long.

I like the microfiber pads. The mop is lightweight and has nice color. The water reservoir leaks. The trigger gets stuck and water won’t spray. I ended up getting my own water bottle, spray the floor then use the mop to wipe to dry off the floor. For the price, it’s too much for a brand that’s not known nor proven good.

I’m so disappointed! I loved this mop! It worked great until it started leaking. I’ve been through several mops and they’ve all leaked. I thought I’d finally found one that didn’t but I guess I’ll have to keep searching.

I only used it a few times and it started to break. The jug that started leaking and from there on it wasn’t usable.

it broke after 2 months and almost didn't use it. the part that splashes the water broke for no reason.

It is so easy to use and I especially like that I can use my own cleaner which makes it a lot more affordable

I had purchased one at a local store and needed a second one. This one is better quality and a better price.
