Older man now. Not as active as I used to be. Still fit but just don't have the active life of younger me. No athletics, no physical job anymore, don't think I'm a tough guy anymore so no rumbling and tumbling. It feels good to work the shoulders and hands and forearms again and then look down behind me and see the reward of a sharp crisp edge along my walkways, driveway, and sidewalk. I would recommend taking many breaks but you'll see that breaks are not an option. Especially if your yard has never been edged before. So I recommend having a cold glass of water or beer waiting in a shaded area so you can come out the corner fresh and ready for the next round

I was looking for an edger that didn't break the bank. I have tried using the string edger for this, but I can't control it as well as I'd like and end up taking out half the lawn. This edger seems to be pretty sturdy and does a decent job. I will say if you've let the grass edging get a little out of control, this will take some work on your part to get it cleaned up. I'm a 60 yr old female and I'm able to use this if the grass isn't crazy.

All I can say it WOWWWWW!!! No more worrying about stringing the other edger, tangles or NOTHING!!! EASY TO USE. MINIMAL EFFORT. SHARP AF. AND I DIDNT HAVE TO HOLLER SCREAM OR YELL AT MY SON NOT ONE TIME. YOU GUYS SAVED HIS LIFE. IF ID HAVE COME HOME TODAY WITH THAT JUNGLE ON THE EDGE OF THE LAWN, HE WAS GOING TO NEED 911 EMERGENCY SERVICES AND ME, BAIL MONEY. I almost thought he used his allowance to hire landscapers to trim the edges. Thats how good this manual edger is. He gets to live another week🤣😅😁.

The Walensee rotary edger works as intended. Assembly was simple, and the tool feels sturdy. It requires some manual effort, especially in tougher soil or overgrown edges, but it does a good job creating clean lines along concrete. After some time and patience, the results were noticeable. A useful tool for maintaining defined edges without needing gas or electric power.

I grew up with one of these edgers. Now that I’m old and have downsized to a tiny yard this is perfect. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

Assembly alone is horrible. You will need your own tools probably screws & bolts as what comes with it is absolute garbage.

Works well but needs to apply adequate pressure for a clean cut. Does mot work well on my flower bed.
