Once my initial review was posted, the company reached out to me to fix the problem. The company actually send me a new replacement at no charge. Not even shipping. The new one works well. They were very responsive via email of my questions. Manufacturers are always going to have a batch that gets through quality control. When they do, it is the company's reaction that keeps or loses customers. It doesn't fit in the frame. I got it hooked up and working after disconnecting and reconnecting the plugs many times. Bit the screen will not click in so I can put the screws back in.

I installed this screen a few weeks ago. So far so good, installation worked well (didn’t break this screen like I did with others) and it functions as it should. I like that it was ready to install with most of the parts already on the back.
