MBX Vinyl Zapper Electric Tool for Vinyl Removal Eraser Wheel sold separately (item # 110020)

I'm a fan when it comes to saving time in my business. I've been in the graphic and sign industry for the past 29 years and have never experienced such ease in removing a large 5 year old vinyl graphic on a 25 foot tanker. What should have taken hours to complete, the MBX Zapper blew it away (zapped it off!) coming in at 30 minutes! The project went so qick that I could actually plan two other meetings that "same morning" plus have a an afternoon lunch with my wife! Now how good is that.The durable erasers that attach to the tool went on quickly using an ordinary 1/4 L ranch. The durability of the eraser lasted through that first tanker then the following day, a second tanker. It doesn't take much time for you to get the hang of how much pressure to apply and the correct angle of the tool that would be most advantageous in quickly and smoothly zapping off vinyl graphics. However, if there is too much pressure applied along to much down time (the tool's contact to the vinyl/surface), then obviously the wearing down of the eraser is increase and gets closer to the center core where you need to swap the eraser for a fresh one. Again, as you develop a knack in using this tool, you'll discover why it's called....The Zapper!!!

Has saved several hours of manual labor removing graphics. Have had a few months and already paid for itself. Also like the fact that there is only 1 speed. Keeps the new guys from going too fast and burning clear coats, or the wheel up too fast. Easy to handle and works great!

Works great, cuts my work hours down considerably.
