cheaply made briefcase stand
This briefcase was purchased in December 2019 as a gift. In May 2020, after 5 months of normal use, one side of the stand broke off. After communicating this issue to the seller, this seller has repeatedly told me that the replacement part is on its way to me.....since May of this year. Today is August 18, 2020 and I still have not received a replacement part nor a replacement briefcase as I have requested. Mike Li keeps telling me it is on the way, and dismisses me. He has lied to me about this repeatedly for 3 months. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER! HE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS PRODUCTS AND HE LIES ABOUT MAKING GOOD ON IT!!!! NOW I'M STUCK WITH A $285 ROLLING BRIEFCASE THAT WON'T STAND UP ON ITS OWN!!ITS A PIECE OF EXPENSIVE JUNK!!!
