An incredible tool if you know how to use it and why
Your body is a series of joints stacked up on top of each other, each of them with different needs of mobility and stability. The foot and ankle need to be mobile, the knee needs to be stable, the hips need to be mobile, the lumbar needs to be stable, and the thoracic spine needs to be mobile. What is the point of all of this? This power ball actually helps you train these different aspects of the joints.It works on cardio, plyometric strength, it enhances core stability, and it serves as perhaps the best warm up tool for the upper body I have ever used. It will warm up your wrists, elbows, shoulders, thoracic spine, hips, lower back. It trains your abs, it trains your shoulders.I have my clients use this EVERY warm up. Period.

Lasts long time.
I swing this ball and beat the crap out of it. Very sturdy and great for anyone learning how to rotate the body and swing for baseball or golf. I thought I need a heavy weight but this is perfect for anyone to start and maintain a strong core. I’m 6’2” 300lbs and it works me out really good.

It seems to be a quality product. we have used it but really havent put it to the test. I am confident it will hold up.

Good concept, but falls short.
Im a Personal Trainer and I was really looking forward to using this with my clients! I came up with all these exercises for its use. I realized, though, that the rope makes it hard for a not-as-experienced exerciser to use. The rope creates too much slack unless the ball is used very vigorously and very swiftly (that is, depending on the exercise). It really just sits in my trunk and I use it personally from time to time. Great concept though. Would probably work better if the rope was retractable like a rubber band instead.

Good rope ball
Good for doing rope ball type exercises. I was a little disappointed with the lack of a rebound from the ball. Not much bounce. I have a 12 pounder by Aeromat with much better response.
