Good sweetener
I've never used Allulose before but a committed fan now. It's definitely not as sweet as sugar and some other kinds of alternative but I prefer this over Stevia which tastes vile to me.This also makes a really good powdered sweetener with a quick whirl in my Nutribullet.

Finally!
Finally! I have found a decent sugar substitute! I just started on a GLP-1 journey and was looking to scale back my sugar content especially in coffee or sweetened beverages. I'm very, VERY, sensitive to other sugar substitutes to the point that I can smell them in beverages. The taste of them is so off-putting to me, almost to a point that I gag if I accidentally taste it. Not this! Is it exactly like sugar? No. But it's decently sweet without the aftertaste and I am thrilled. Yes it's a little pricey but I feel it's worth it to me and i will definitely repurchase it again and again.

Hollow flavor
I don't think the hollow flavor is special to this brand since it is pure Allulose. However, when I first got it I tasted a bit on my finger and it was great. I thought, WOW! They figured out a new sweetener. WRONG. Once added to coffee it mellowed out the bitterness of coffee but no sweetness was there. It's a hollow flavor. Antoher review said that but I bought it anyway. I had never tasted anything that could be described as hollow" until now. I don't suggest this as a sweetener.

Digestive issues after using this product.
Allulose tastes okay. It’s less sweet than monkfruit sweetener and even regular sugar but still gets the job done if you’re looking for a lower calorie option. However it really upset my stomach. I ended up feeling bloated and gassy after using it which was pretty uncomfortable. It might work fine for some people but it wasn’t good for me. I just can’t digest it properly. I’d say proceed with caution if you’re sensitive to sugar substitutes. Good value if you can tolerate it.

Delicious
This is delicious! Absolutely no after taste. Great in coffee & tea. Quickly dissolves in liquid.
