Make sure you clean and dry the skin well. You can use water and soap, but RINSE WELL. Do not use baby wipes that leave a residue. 2. If the weather is very hot, you can apply deodorant to the area following their instructions, and allow to dry3. Apply the tape to the skin and stick well, or trim the tape first and then stick down.4. THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP >> Make sure that you smooth firmly, especially at the corners. 5. If you can leave for a few minutes to fully stick, great!6. If using to hold clothing down, put it on so you are ready to stick the two together. 7. When ready, give the corners one more smooth and gentle pick the backing paper off. I've now added a split all the way up the middle to make this easier for you, after feedback from customers.8.
