I have recently bought this robot and it's working perfectly and I am fully satisfied with the product design and it's functionality and the edge cleaning and mopping feature is great and the support from the team is awesome.The Deebot N30 is very properly designed and compact for usage and solid floor cleaner option is given. Scheduling feature is great. Station is also self cleaned and everything is automatically done. It saves lot of effort for my 3 bed room house.It is easily controlled by the app and water flow adjustment for mopping is great.Fully in love with this. It saved my Mom's effort 😊

Good vacuum cleaner. Impressive suction power. Mopping is ok, it couldn't remove tough and sticky stains. Corner cleaning is also not that impressive, But its manageable. It maps the entire house seamlessly and avoids obstacles automatically. 10 Mop lifting isn't enough. I used to remove floor mats during cleaning. App is simple to use. After mapping it automatically separates room, so individual room cleaning is eazy. But to clean certain portion of a room is not possible. So better to divide big rooms into small portions. For a 1000 sq feet it consumes around 3 liters of water. The product is sturdy. For the past 3 months using it almost everyday. Good product.

Its been 10 days, am using this and its absolutely good to use. Intially i had some doubts and difficulties , but Mr.Kooteeswaran from demo team explained clearly about the usage of app and robotic vaccum cleaner,and again after 5 days of installation got some doubts and called customer care . They sent the same demo person again. He was very polite and clearly explained and cleared all doubts and ensured the support will be available free of cost for 1year . I received an excellent demo from Sagar Singh, who patiently and clearly explained every feature, making sure I had no doubts left.Overall, this is one of the best robot vacuums for home cleaning, and its price is absolutely worth it. It's a good product.The service is amazing. I was assisted by Mr Hare Krishna from the Ecovacs support Team for the virtual demo. He not only gave me a thorough demo but also cleared an error regarding mop washing. I have a dog at home and there is shedding of hair. The deebot worked seamlessly and the floor was dust/hair free. The carpet area or 650sq feet was vacuumed in 63 minutes. There are different settings which allows you to change suction power and modes of cleaning such as standard, quick and comprehensive. It's been a week of use and it works fine and the service is very re assuring.

This bot's AI mode is a game-changer - no manual setup needed. One of its standout features is the ability to store up to 3 maps, making it easy to navigate and clean multiple areas. While its edge cleaning isn't quite on par with a thorough hand-mop (about 85% effective), its dust pickup is truly impressive. To get a spotless clean similar to handheld cleaning, I found it helpful to run the vac and mop functions twice in AI mode. Current consumption is reasonably low according to the specs, which is a plus. Overall, I'd say it's a solid performer that's both intelligent and efficient.
