Did I already say I’m in loooooooooooveeeee with this sofa???? The fabric is durable and high quality, yet still soft and elegant. It’s super comfy, spacious, and turns into a bed—which is already a big plus! But the storage under one of the seats? A mega plus. It’s perfect for storing blankets or even kids’ toys haha. I seriously can’t stop looking at my new sofa. I’ve wanted one like this for so long, and it was honestly the best choice I could’ve made.

The couch is super comfy! Super soft material! It comes in 5 boxes, at first I only received 4 boxes which i addressed to them and they were on top of it and sent me the last box! Excellent customer service too! I would highly recommend, i am satisfied with my purchase :)

This couch is impressive for its price. If you are a clean freak, kids' hands and eating will leave you on edge. Issue: I didn't receive all the pieces to the couch, so unable to enjoy its full potential. Hopefully, they'll fix the situation. still grateful.

Very fast shipping. They even text me the tracking info. Very well packed. Super easy to put together. All but one of the boxes were easy to move on my own. And it's super cozy!!! I absolutely love it!

While it may not be the softest, it is definitely functional and comfortable enough for the price. After having a custom order from one of the "big furniture manufacturers", cancelled and rescheduled 3 times, we decided to look online. It'[s difficult to buy furniture online without seeing it, sitting on it, etc, but the reviews helped make the decision.The seller was very communicative during the shipping process and the items were delivered in 5 - 6 large boxes. VERY easy assembly. I pretty amazed by what they are able to accomplish in their packaging and shipping. It took longer to unbox than to assemble. The sofa looks great in our front room and will definitely become a welcome addition to our entertainment space in the future. The convertible ottoman / sleeper, and storage unit are a well thought out design.I would recommend purchasing this as it seems like it should last based on the construction.

I bought sleeper sofa 3 with the pullout bed and storage compartment. I had the best experience with the seller. Very communicative of how the packages were arrive. There were five packages in total and I received the tracking number for each. Altogether it came within a day of each other and well within the delivery window provided.It was a simple/straightforward assembly. I would suggest two people only because it can get a little complex when sliding the pieces together to hook into place. The pillows puffed up like the instructors said that they would. Everyone has complimented the couch. I bough the beige one and have no regrets. It seats five people and it a great addition to the living room.It is decently sturdy, especially for the price, but I wouldn't recommend jumping on it or rough housing on it!

La verdad primera vez ordenando online pero hasta ahora conforme con el pedido , llegaron las 7 cajas el mismo día , buen tamaño de mueble para mi apartamento pequeño , solo que un lado del mueble llegó un poco roto, no se ve fue la parte que se ajusta por dentro so Im ok , y un lado del brazo no se ajusta bien , está un poco flojo . Nada de que preocuparse . Lo recomiendo me encanta . Y recibí una llamada del vendedor cual eso también vale mucho , a ver cómo fue todo . No puede tomar la llamada pero encontré un voice note . Gracias por eso . Me encanta !!!!! A comprarlo . Ya más adelante daré otra versión si cambia jajaj

EDIT: After seeing my review, the company contacted me to offer a solution. While the couch isn't what was described or expected, customer service made it right by me.Description stated the couch was faux leather. It arrived, and it is fabric not faux leather. Color is still nice, but not was described.
