I bought this as I cut a lot of paper for school . When it arrived I was very sceptical as it’s not what I would normally use at school . However it surprised me as it cut very well .for such a small blade , you have to push it down as you slide to ensure it cuts though all the paper -It’s ideal for the amount of times I will use it at home as it has slid into the cupboard easily . Probably more for crafts but it did the job well !

This is a really good tool and easy to use. Love the idea I can replace blades. I marked down the easy to use rate as the ‘release’ for the blade holder is at the very end of the cutting process so it can jam there but once I got used not to hold the blade down at that point, all was great!

Great value guillotine, ideal for light home office use, decent blade and easy to line up the paper to cut.Very pleased with this item overall.

I bought this cutter 909-2A and spare blades on 14th October 2018. Initially I was pleased with it but as time passed the blade became blunt very quickly. I have already used the blades I bought and it is only February 2019

I’m an artist and rely on good precise tools to create artwork. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with quality and functionality of Jielisi 12 Inch Paper Cutter A4 Paper Trimmer. Poor, low-grade quality: flimsy plastic base; flimsy clear plastic ruler/ the pressure-clamp ruler doesn’t securely hold card/paper during cutting — considerable down-ward pressure must be applied to prevent material being cut from moving and ruining the straight-line precision of the cut. Also, need to move my left hand applying down-wards pressure during cutting to avoid fingers getting in the way and preventing cutting blade from moving smoothly across the material/card/paper being cut. As a consequence of these issues, the functionality of this item is very poor: the cutting blade doesn’t cut straight; the cut is not precise, probably because the clear plastic ruler/ pressure-clamp doesn’t securely hold card/paper during cutting. Finally, I don’t feel this product is safe. The construction is from white plastic and it rests on six or so ‘feet’ — the cutting surface itself is poor and bends under pressure. Overall, not good value; not precise; not safe. Returned for money back. Don’t buy this!

When cutting is still possible to cut in the wrong place and the cutting line isn't right up against the ruler

Definitely worth the money. I'd love to have an expensive, fandangled guillotine but this is just what I needed and is definitely worth the money.

Dieses ist viel besser als das was ich vorher hatte, viel robuster uns sehr gut in der Handhabung. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

me encanta, muy útil, con la regla se puede recortar cómodamente sin tener q medir antes ni tener q hacer marcas con el lápiz. y muy grande. si hay que poner una pega sería el precio que me parece excesivo para un trozo de plástico. gracias
