I was delighted when this product arrived and really looking forward to trying it out as I am suffering with backpain from poor posture at the moment. However, I was a bit disappointed that it didn't come with any images or instructions on how to put it together - it's just one bunch of straps in a pouch! I did have to then look it up on Amazon (hence my review) to see what it should look like and which way up it should be worn. Not a massive issue but not having instructions or images means that I don't know if I'm wearing it correctly - I don't want to damage my back more or cut off the circulation to my arms by wearing it incorrectly.Another issue that I have is that for me, the straps are too long, which would be fine if there was enough velcro to cover it, there isn't and the velcro is now scratching/pilling my clothes. I've actually had to tie the straps around my waist as they are so long.Overall, once I did figure out how to put it together and put it on, it does seem comfortable-ish and (apart from not having enough velcro) is well made.

Definitely better than those with a strap in the belly, and a good cost benefit, but still not super comfortable

Great product. I have been wearing it for many hours from yesterday. I can feel it is working. It is good for person like me who sits at desk for many hours. Can be used for anyone as the size is adjustable. I can use together with my family. Can be removed and worn with ease. Can also be used when doing outdoor activities.

No instructions and ineffective. Do not buy.

Having constantly worked on desk for a long time, frequently needing to take "breaks" to stretch and getting headaches. Saw this so gave it a try and it does exactly what it says on the tin, giving you support for a correct posture, less "breaks" and no headaches! Everyone doing desk work shoul get one!

was suffering from back pains a few months now. I can say that my pains have been reduced after 2 days. Still wearing it daily and hope I will get rid of my pains completely.
