Shipping was so fast!! So far it's working absolutely perfect. It is not ultra quiet like it says but honestly i couldn't care less as long as I'm able to play on my xbox one then I'm just fine with a little humm from the power supply.

Just received a few days ago and seems to work fine. Fit our original xbox one. Other reviews complained about the noise. I can hear it if I'm sitting really close, but can't hear it over the sound of even low volume on the TV, so doesn't appear to be an issue. I'm hoping it is reliable but haven't had it long enough to know yet.

After approx 12 hours of use the fan inside began making an intermittent noise much like a tiny air raid siren. I was contacted by the owner of the company and he replaced it with a quieter one. The power supply looks and works like the Xbox One power supply. It fixed the known issue with the original Xbox power supply. Does get warm but no more than the original did. This is after approximately 2-3 hours of play time. Costs half the amount of the Microsoft replacement. Shipping was free with Prime and arrived about 24 hours after I ordered it.

UPDATED REVIEW:I must say, this company has possibly the best customer service I have encountered. Shortly after my original review, the company notified me by email that a New power supply had been shipped to me after they read my review. This was completely unexpected. They sent me the new power supply free of charge and let me keep the original purchase as well.I have ran the new power supply now for a couple weeks. While the fan noise is still noticeable, it is much quieter than the original. So long as sound is playing, even at low volumes, the fan is not easy to hear. At normal sound levels we cannot hear the fan. The room has to be nearly silent to detect any noise from the fan.I am very happy with the replacement. If you get a power supply with a noisy fan, let the manufacturer know so you can get a proper replacement.The only reason I am sticking with 4 stars is because the original XBOX power supply was silent. That is the basis for my comparison. If it was not for the faint noise in a near silent room I would give this 5 stars.Customer service however receives at least 5 stars since that is the maximum for this particular scale. Even if the scale went to 100, they would still recurve 100 out of 100 for customer service.ORIGINAL REVIEW: 2 StarsI rarely write a bad review, however in this case I feel obligate to negate the statement made in the title of the product. I suppose this is a shame on me instance where I ignored my better judgement and ordered a cheaper product for something that is not horribly expensive in the first place.The noise is extremely loud for a power supply. The loudest one in my house, and I have over 20 systems actively connected that are used at least weekly, primarily daily.To compare, three of my computers are built for gaming and another as a dedicated server. They are all full ATX towers with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 10 fans. Not a single one of those machines makes nearly as much noise as this little power brick.The problem is that the noise is not the typical fan noise, or air turbulence that I would expect. It sound much more like an unbalanced fan or a fan rubbing a wire.Unfortunately this is an unacceptable amount of noise as far as I am concerned. I did however leave an extra star, bringing it to 2 stars, because it did power on the XBOX and once it goes to sleep that annoying fan turns off. I will store it in a closet just in case one of my other XBOX's power supplies die in the future and I need a short term replacement.

I bought this for my sons Xbox and it works perfectly. Just what I needed. Only thing is the fan is a bit loud but my son doesn’t care. You can’t hear the fan when playing the game or if u are wearing a headset. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.
