Kitchen Design: Style Guides

This is just a bunch of photos from different kitchen providers in Germany.It doesn't explain much about any of the kitchens.E.g. there is a kitchen extractor fan in one of the photos that I like, but there is no information even about the brand names of the appliances, let alone why they were chosen etc.It looks like they just asked each kitchen provider to email them 5 pages each and then printed and bound them.I could have done better by just printing out some information from their websites

This book is a collection of good quality pictures and designs from big(mostly)German brands. Kind of brand collection with short, usefull and straight-forward explanation. Written on 5 languages. Company contact list in the end of the book- INDEX. And also you can see the sources of the pictures in the Imprint(by page number). So you can find your items online or if you need you can contact the company search them on the web.Includes: Classic kitchen styles from: Alno, Ballerina, Ikea, rational, SieMatic, Kornmuller Modern kitchen styles from: see brands at Classic + Bulthaup, cucina, Poggenpohl, Team7I would really recommend to designers and anybody who need idea to plan/design kitchen and want to use quality furniture.

Hatte Planungsunterstützung erwartet und ein Bilderbuch bekommen. Ca 80 % des Werkes bestehen aus - zugegeben: sehr gut und hochwertig fotographierten - Bildern von Küchen diverser Hersteller (witzig: von Bulthaupt bis IKEA). Leider fehlt jeglicher Hinweis darauf, wie man eine Küche sinnvoll anlegt, so vom Arbeitsablauf her, und ob und wann z.B. die viel besprochene Kücheninsel Sinn macht. Daher: schön an zu schauen, aber weinig hilfreich.

Wir haben nicht schlecht gestaunt, als wir in diesem Buch exakt die gleichen Bilder wie in den Prospekten der Küchen-Hersteller gefunden haben. Mit dem Haken, dass wir dafür auch noch Geld bezahlt haben, wohingegen die Prospekte in den Küchenstudios kostenlos sind. Eigentlich eine Frechheit! Kreative Leistung seitens Verlag gleich Null. Von teNeues bin ich da anderes gewöhnt.

Mainly a picture but a good one. Good quality photos and nice reproduction. Good ideas if you're up for getting your ideas from photographs.
