The vest is light and comfortable and has plenty of pockets to carry items. Only issue I have encountered is that the water bottle has started leaking after only 1 month of use!

I don’t run for hours but good for small hikes and quick runs. Decent water capacity storage.. probably can’t run with more than 500mls weight. Lots of pockets to put phone and keys/ card.Airy too.. doesn’t make you sweat. It’s light too. Easy to wash.

The item was advertised as a large mens size only to arrive big enough to fit a large child or small framed woman. I'm 5 foot 8 and 12 and half stone so hardly a man moutain or xxl size. all labelling and packaging says large ????It may have made a good neck brace but instead I have passed it on to my much smaller daughter.disapointed more care needed on their European sizing.
