The Oxford Guide To Film Studies

Arrived very quickly. Cannot believe how thick it is! Needed it for University and so far seems a great quality, despite buying second-hand. Terribly expensive for a normal edition, so couldn't recommend buying textbooks like this 2nd hand enough. Save yourself the money - it'sthe same quality for less more often than not!

Great book! Really enjoying getting into the deeper aspects of film music, although at times it is unnecessarily wordy, but if you can get past that, the principles are excellent.

John Hill, great book, in good conditions even though it is second hand. It worth the price. Delivery slow but at the end was here, which is the point.

Used it for a lot of my essays as it is filled with an unprecedented amount of knowledge for many different writers. A must have for any film student of enthusiast.
