However, on raising the issue their customer care called me and om understanding my issues offered a full refund 6 months after use.I will definitely give the brand another chance as their intent is right. The media could not be loaded. Fabulous cleaning. Good programming to cover all areas without LASER or camera. Completes routine floor sweeping and mopping in one task. Clears off dust completely

No product support. IF it works a great product - but no product support.

Was using g10 from last 2 years and was very useful and yesterday received this g50 and very much happy on this upgrade and used yesterday and yielded good results and now only worried about parts like brush mob pad battery also docker is tightly coupled with charger

Suction power is very good, cleaning is also ok but not so good with single sweeper brush ,but this model has very few operational flexibility options.When WiFi fails, this unit is dead. No manual mode cleaning. Manually this unit can not be driven from one location to another location. You have to literally lift it with hands like baby and place in another room. This defeats the basic Robotic purpose.Also, movement is very slow.Overall, after using prrevious models Robovac 11S, this G50 Hybrid has been very much disappointing and hence returned.

Bought L60 SES during summer sale for 19,999 and delivered on time. Item working fine for the last couple of weeks. Here are my pros and cons.Cons.1. Replacement dust bag, Side brush, Main Brush or filter is not available with Eufy in India, whener your try to order the item the app takes you to EU store or US Store both of which by the way do not ship to India. I emailed eufy customer service and the reply was the items are not available in Indian store and they don't have any clue about when this will be back in store or ever be back. So keep in mind when you order especially the SES version, whats the point when you don't have a replacement dust bag.2. Battery life is okish, depends on the size of your house and for me it's OK. One thing to note is that the vaccum looses battery even if it's idling in the dock if the dock is not hooked to the mains. One time even though vaccum was full battery and there was a power shutdown for 24 hours due to severe rains here and the vaccum shutdown on its own due to low battery even when the vaccum was not used.3. Vaccum cannot detect low lying objects below it's Lidar level at short distances, it will frequently bump in to small things and charging wires and end up blocking the brush or get stuck. You will be always on the lookout for your chappal as the vaccum will push this to the corners or wall as the bump mechanism or lidar cannot detect the item. I got over this by re arranging the house little bit and placing virtual walls wherever I don't want the vaccum to go.4. The so called hair detangling technology in the SES version simply won't work, everytime you will have to go through the pain of manually detangling the brush. So do not order the SES version simply for this, it just don't work.Pros.1. In the cleaning department the vaccum is very impressive, you simply don't believe how much dirt built in your house, underneath furnitures, in the corners and all once the dust box is opened.2. For those having pets live in your home I would recommend this as the amount of pet hair picked by this simply impressive, you never believe the results.3. For vaccuming the carpets I recommend this and it has got auto boost whenever the robot detects a carpet which is really good.Overall a good value for money purchase with replacement accessory issues for future.
