It is pretty good. If you ignore that you look like Hannibal Lecter with the strap on, this product can save your romantic life.If only it would be available in transparent or skin colour rather than "I've dislocated my jaw and need this while sleeping" (blue) and "I got into a fight and lost. Both the fight and the control of my jaw" (black)The plastic smell goes away after a few uses, and your partner will still be asleep when you wake up.It is confusing how you put it on at first but that depends on the shape of your head. For me the wide velcro goes in the back and the thinner one on top.

The size or design is not comfortable at all. However, a 3 star from me as it does reduce my snoring noise.There are already lots of review on this product so I am not going to repeat or explain in depth. One misconceptions from buyers is that this will keep your jaw or much shut and force you to breathe through your nose? It doesn't, it did stop my lower jaw from moving out of alignment. My mouth can still open and breath through it and the strap helps to keep the jaw inline so my muscles in my throat is not too relax and extended.I still snore but my wife says it is now a low purr which she could not really record with her iPhone.

It does the job but has lasted only just over a month. In multiple places, the fabric has now separated from the padding and the padding has split.

Bought this for my husband as he keeps me awake every night, driving me nuts with the snoring. Bought a strap before and that one didn't work but this new style chin strap with the vents worked super well for him, he said its light strong and comfortable to wear with no smell. I cant tell you what its meant to me just to sleep all night, very much worth it.

There is no more effective snoring relief solution than this, I have used a similar product, but the effect is not so good. But this anti snoring chin strap is the best product I have ever used. Breathable, no sultry when used. I like it so much.

After a week of use, JRG snoring relief works quite well. The lips won't dry in the morning, I don't need a lot of water to replenish. It was also uncomfortable due to prolonged snoring and improved after using this chin strap.

There was no instructions or guidance notes with the package. None at all.Tried it anyway but fell off.Disappointing
