I have claw, hammer and crossed toes that were deformed by badly-fitting footwear in childhood. I bought these to try to straighten them, but they are too wide even for my EEE-width feet and very quickly became too painful to wear. While they might be suitable for someone who has started with more gentle toe-straighteners whose foot and lower leg muscles are ready for this, it's not for 'beginners'. I had to buy more toe straighteners that were able to start re-training my feet and lower leg muscles in a more gentle way. Eventually I can graduate onto these, but not yet.This was not explained in the packaging that arrived with the toe-straighteners.

Awful! Far too hard to get on! Absolute waste of money!
